History
Kathleen MAO Beilfuss started in Real Estate in July 1998 as REALTOR® Sales Agent. Obtained her REALTOR® Broker's license, opened and established her office in Jump River October 1st, 2000. JUMP RIvER Realty, LLC serves Rusk County, Taylor County, Northeastern Chippewa County, Southern half of Price County, Northwestern half of Clark County & Southern Sawyer County areas since 1998. She opened a branch Office at Lake Holcombe in 2004 with Kari A. Seeger as REALTOR® Associate Broker. Kathleen became an loan orginator with Maco Mortgage in March of 2005, giving clients another avenue for obtaining loans/mortgages. 2006 Kathleen's son, Jake joined her at the Jump River Home office as a REALTOR® Sales Agent. We are high caliber professionals with diverse backgrounds, committed to the Business of Real Estate. We have instance access to the Multiple Listing Services, and other tools/services in order to better serve you.
